Pre-registration lists will be forwarded electronically the day before the event. An email address is required with your registration. Lists will include names of those who have registered by the stated date and may not be an accurate representation of those who attend the event.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations with full refund will be accepted if received in writing at least one full week before the intended event.  A credit to a future event may be issued to cancellations received in writing anytime prior to the event originally signed for.  Refunds will not be given for the cancellation of an event purchased as part of the "three-event subscription package" after one of the events has taken place.  No exceptions.
