Charles began his career during the 2000 Tech Bubble Recession and Post-9/11 Downturn Market in non-profit administrative roles, but rapidly networked into Financial Services to lead marketing projects at TIAA-CREF, MassMutual, Thomson Reuters and Ernst & Young LLP.

Since January 2014, Charles has led marketing and client relations at Broadway Tax Professionals, a leading income tax and accounting practice in Manhattan servicing over 8,000 clients per year.
Prior to joining the NYAMA, Charles served 6-years as Vice President of the International Association of Business Communicators (NY-chapter).
